Water purification project of a steel rolling plant of an iron and steel group 

The steel plant is a secondary backbone unit of Tonghua Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., a medium-sized state-owned enterprise capable of rolling wire rods, small bars and small sections, and produces 600000 tons of finished steel products annually. The project takes the river bed seepage canal water, and the iron content in the water exceeds the standard, reaching more than 24mg/l. After repeated demonstration, the natural ventilation aeration tower+high-density micro vortex integrated water purification equipment+integrated automatic dosing system recommended by our company is finally adopted. The equipment has been running steadily since it was put into operation, and the effluent after sedimentation is below 3NTU.
