New biological aerated filter (integral filter plate with adjustable filter head)

The core of the new biological aerated filter is composed of an integral cast-in-place filter plate and an anti clogging adjustable long handle filter head.

1. Overview

In addition to the core filter material, the biological aerated filter process is highly efficient and stable mainly through the water distribution and air distribution system formed by the scientific combination of high-quality filter plates and filter heads.

The filter plate should not only bear the pressure of the filter material and supporting layer from top to bottom, but also the impact force from bottom to top along with the air-water joint backwashing. Therefore, the strength of the filter plate is a prerequisite. The uniformity of water distribution and air distribution directly affects the operating efficiency and operating costs of the biological aerated filter. The levelness and uniformity of the filter head installed in the filter plate are the key to the uniformity of water distribution and air distribution.

The on-site integral pouring filter plate and its pouring process developed by our company connect the filter tank wall, beam, column and bottom under the filter plate into a whole without any joints, completely solving the problems of the traditional split small filter plate, such as poor sealing performance of the filter plate, low backwashing pressure bearing capacity, and uniform distribution of filter heads.

2. Characteristics of integral filter plate

2.1 High strength and bearing capacity; The hidden danger that the traditional split filter plate is easy to be sheared during backwashing is eliminated.

2.2 There are no gaps, air leaks and water leaks; The hidden danger of poor sealing performance, easy air leakage and water leakage of traditional split filter plate is eliminated.

2.3 The water distribution and air distribution are more uniform. Because there are fewer beams and no gaps between filter plates, the degree of restriction is the least in the plane layout of filter heads, so that the distribution of filter heads is more uniform.

2.4 The construction week is short and the project cost is low. No special mould, no block transportation and hoisting, no embedded bolts and sealing materials are required, which improves the degree of mechanized construction, shortens the construction period and reduces the project cost.

3. Features of Anti clogging Adjustable BAF Special Filter Head

The anti clogging adjustable BAF special filter head is composed of five parts: upper filter cap, filter rod, adjusting rod, embedded sleeve, anti clogging filter cap, etc. The filter rod is equipped with adjusting thread, which can be adjusted up and down. The anti clogging adjustable filter head is used in combination with the integrally cast filter plate, which is especially suitable for the biological aerated filter (BAF) process in sewage treatment. It can not only solve the problem that the filter head is easy to be blocked, but also solve the problem of poor sealing performance and low compressive strength of the filter plate. The most important thing is to solve the technical difficulties that the filter head is difficult to master at the installation level.
