    • brief introduction

      working principle

      High density micro vortex bed water purification technology is to change the random growth mode of floc particles. When the floc particle size is increased, its density can basically remain constant or slightly decrease. Process mechanism of forming dense floc (as shown in the figure below). The particle density of granulation is about 12g/cm3, which has good sedimentation performance in water

      Technical characteristics

      The high-density micro vortex bed water purification technology has the technical advantages of good effluent effect, low sludge moisture content, low investment, small floor area, etc. The total hydraulic retention time is 15-30min, and the effluent turbidity is generally less than 3NTU, which can be widely used in water supply and wastewater treatment, mainly for the treatment of high turbidity or high SS raw water.

      "Three no's": no need for fillers, no need for subsequent filtration, no need for sludge thickening;

      It is suitable for high turbidity raw water. The system can automatically adjust the operating conditions to ensure the effluent quality;

      The effluent quality is good, and generally the effluent turbidity is less than 3NTU;

      The water content of sludge is low, generally about 91-95%;

      The floc is formed by the growth of regular particles. The floc is spherical, with large density and fast settling speed;

      Low investment cost: due to the "three no" characteristics, this equipment generally saves 30-50% of investment compared with traditional treatment methods;

      Low operation cost: compared with the traditional treatment method, the daily operation cost is generally saved by 5-10%;

      High degree of equipment intensification, less auxiliary equipment, small floor area and short construction period

      The process flow is short, integrating multiple processes such as mixed flocculation, sedimentation, filtration and sludge thickening, and realizing equipment intensification, miniaturization and integration. The high surface load rate effectively reduces the floor area of the system. Compared with traditional treatment methods, it can generally save 40-50% of the land area; The overall equipment is skid mounted or assembled on site, and there are few auxiliary equipment, so the construction is convenient and fast;

      Strong shock resistance and wide application range

      It has strong adaptability to suspended solids contained in influent, influent pressure, ambient temperature and other conditions, and can be widely used in solid-liquid separation processes under various complex conditions.

      Process flow and description

      (1) Gold water area at the bottom: add coagulant and coagulant aid;

      (2) Granulation area: forced mixing to form high-density particles;

      (3) Vertical eddy current enhanced separation area: larger particles are naturally separated from the water flow under the action of gravity and enter the mud collection area; The fine particles generate strong vertical eddy current with the high-speed water flow to strengthen solid-liquid separation;

      (4) Sludge collection area: the particles in the separation area cross the top surface of the granulation area and enter the sludge collection area under the action of gravity to achieve the purpose of sludge thickening;

      (5) Water catchment and outlet area: collection of treated water.
