The mixed acid regeneration process of stainless steel spray roasting method is mainly to make waste acid undergo high-temperature thermal hydrolysis reaction in the reaction furnace, and the generated hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid steam will be absorbed in the absorption tower when encountering water to generate hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, so as to realize the recovery and utilization of mixed acid waste acid.
This process completely solves the problem that it is difficult to recycle the mixed waste acid produced after the mixed acid pickling of stainless steel.
