    The raw water is well water with high content of suspended solids and high hardness. In order to make the inlet water meet the requirements of well water purification equipment, a machine filter is set, which is filled with fine quartz sand to remove suspended solids, silt and other impurities in the water. The scale inhibitor adding system can add scale inhibitor at any time to reduce the scaling tendency of hardness ions in water and prevent concentrated water structure. The precision filter is equipped with a 5 micron honeycomb wound filter element to further remove hard particles in the water and prevent scratching the membrane surface. The reverse osmosis coagulation sedimentation unit is the core desalination part of the equipment. The single-stage reverse osmosis can remove 98% of the salt ions in the water. The effluent of the two-stage reverse osmosis meets the requirements of the user for coagulation sedimentation.

    Mechanical filter operation

    1. Exhaust: open the upper drain valve and the upper inlet valve to send water to the filter and continuously feed water to the upper drain valve.

    2. Washing: open the lower drain valve and the upper inlet valve to make the water pass through the filter layer from top to bottom. The water inflow is 10t/h until the drainage is clear and transparent, which takes about 10-20 minutes.

    3. Operation: the outlet valve sends water to the rear equipment.

    4. Backwashing: after the coagulation sedimentation equipment has been running for a period of time, filter cake is formed on the surface due to dirt retention. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is greater than 0.05-0.08MPa, backwashing shall be carried out to ensure smooth water passing. Open the upper drain valve, backwash valve and bypass valve, and flush with a flow of 10t/h for about 20-30 minutes until the water is clear. Note: The equipment can only be put into operation after backwashing.

    Softener switching cleaning

    The working principle of softener is ion exchange, and the feature of ion exchanger is to regenerate the resin frequently. Pay attention to the following problems when using:

    1. When the hardness of the effluent water quality exceeds the standard (the hardness is required to be ≤ 0.03mmol/L), it must be stopped and regenerated;

    2. The regeneration method of cation resin is to soak the resin in salt water for about two hours, drain the salt water, and then backwash it with clean water to continue to use;

    Scale inhibitor adding system

    The metering pump and high-pressure pump start and stop at the same time and act synchronously. The scale inhibitor is MDC150 made in America. Dosage of scale inhibitor: According to the hardness of raw water, the dosage of each ton of raw water is 3-4 g. If the water inflow of the system is 10t/h, the dosage per hour is 30-40g.

    Configuration of scale inhibitor: add 90 liters of water into the reagent tank, then slowly add 10kg of scale inhibitor, and mix evenly. Adjust the measuring range of the metering pump to the corresponding scale.

    Note: The concentration of scale inhibitor at lower ratio shall not be less than 10%.

    Precision filter

    The filtering precision of precision filter is 5 μ m. In order to maintain the filtering accuracy, the system is not provided with backwashing pipeline. The service life of the filter element in the precision filter is generally 2-3 months, which can be extended to 5-6 months according to the actual water treatment amount. Sometimes the filter element can be replaced in advance to maintain the water flux.

    Reverse osmosis cleaning of well water purification coagulation sedimentation equipment

    The reverse osmosis membrane element of well water purification coagulation sedimentation equipment is easy to scale due to the long-term accumulation of impurities in the water, resulting in a decrease in water production and desalination rate. At this time, the membrane element needs to be chemically cleaned.
