[Introduction]
The fully automatic dry powder dosing integrated machine is a new generation of dosing system that breaks the traditional process design and integrates ultrasonic positioning system, integrated circuit intelligent control system and other technologies. [Working principle and structure]
The three box type dry powder dissolving and feeding integrated machine is composed of a feed tank, a powder conveyor, a mixing and wetting device, a dissolving mixer, an automatic water inlet control system, an ultrasonic liquid level controller and an integrated control circuit board. Three tanks (mixing tank, blending tank and storage tank) are designed for continuous brewing. Ultrasonic liquid level detector, variable frequency dosing machine and microcomputer integrated control board are used to accurately control the dosage, dosing concentration and curing time. It is a fully automatic equipment that can ensure the accurate preparation and dosing of agents in sewage and sludge treatment process.
[Product Features]
1. Three tanks (mixing tank, mixing tank and storage tank) are continuously brewed, which is easy to operate.
2. The single water inflow and dosage can be adjusted at will, and the reagent preparation concentration can be changed according to the process requirements.
3. The microcomputer is used to accurately control the single water inflow and dosage, and the concentration deviation of the prepared reagent is less than 3% of the set value.
4. The ultrasonic liquid level detector is used to detect the liquid level with high sensitivity. The reaction is not affected by the conductivity of the solution, and the concentration of flocculation preparation is not limited.
