The thick ethylene propylene copolymer plate and supporting profile used for the inclined plate have the rigidity unmatched by the ordinary inclined plate and inclined pipe, and are resistant to heavy load and deformation; The raw materials of the equipment are food grade polypropylene and polyethylene, which are synthesized according to a certain proportion, supplemented by hydrophobic agent, with good hydrophobicity, smooth surface, avoiding alum adhesion and facilitating sludge discharge; Compared with ordinary inclined plate (pipe), high-density inclined plate has a higher inclination angle, further improving the sludge discharge speed. The inclined plate has no lateral constraint, which is more conducive to the sedimentation and separation of flocs. The inclined plate equipment is made of ethylene propylene copolymer and assembled by hot melt welding. The distance between inclined plates is small and the thickness of the plate is large, so the strength is high and the service life is long (more than 10 years).
