1. The quality of treated water is good

The high-density immersed membrane can operate at high MLSS concentration (8000~12000 mg/L), which can improve the quality of treated water. It can reduce COD concentration. High concentration activated sludge can partially decompose macromolecular refractory substances (humus, etc.). In sewage treatment, the treated water quality can reach the quality of reclaimed water.

2. Small floor area

The high-density immersed membrane can make up for the short plate of the sedimentation tank, can operate at high MLSS concentration, and can reduce the volume of the aerobic tank. It can improve the quality of treated water. Compared with the standard activated sludge method, it can reduce the floor area by 50~80%. The transformation project can also transform the sedimentation tank into a membrane tank.

3. Simple maintenance and management

The sludge properties of each standard activated sludge method are different. According to the sludge properties, it is difficult for some sludge to conduct solid-liquid separation (such as sludge bulking). Therefore, relevant treatment experience is very important to maintain the quality of treated water. It is easy to maintain and manage by using membrane solid-liquid separation instead of precipitation separation, and the effluent quality is stable. Stable sewage treatment system can be provided.
