Slow release scale inhibitor
[Performance Description]
The slow release scale inhibitor is mainly composed of special interfacial active agent, high efficiency dispersant, corrosion inhibitor, etc. It is suitable for systems where ordinary water is used as cooling medium, and plays a corrosion inhibition role by inhibiting the polarization of metal. It does not contain nitrite, chromate and other harmful substances, and has no pollution to the environment. Its corrosion inhibition effect on corrosive water with chloride ion higher than 300mg/L and high calcium and magnesium content is also up to standard, and its scale inhibition performance is excellent.
Technical Indicators
Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid
PH: 3.0 ± 1.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Specific gravity: 1.15 ± 0.05 (20 ℃) g/cm3
Solid content: 25%
[Usage]
Add the required slow release scale inhibitor into the plastic dosing bucket (or box) every day;
On the other hand, after diluting with soft water, the agent is continuously added at the inlet of the circulating pump (i.e. the outlet of the collecting tank) with a metering pump or through a regulating valve;
Dosing concentration is generally 20-50mg/L (based on make-up water volume).
[Precautions]
Pay attention to labor protection during operation, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc; Rinse with plenty of water after contact
