[Working principle]

The sodium hypochlorite generator is a device that generates sodium hypochlorite solution after electrochemical reaction of low concentration salt water through an energized electrode.

The total reaction is expressed as follows:

NaCl+H2O→NaClO+H2↑

Electrode reaction:

Anode: 2Cl -- 2E → Cl2

Cathode: 2H++2E → H2

Solution reaction:

2NaOH+Cl2→NaCl+NaClO+H2O

Equipment Selection

Manual type: manual startup and shutdown, manual valve adjustment, sodium hypochlorite concentration and flow adjustment.

Automatic type: it can be started and stopped synchronously with water pump, liquid level controller and other equipment.

Fully automatic type: the supporting imported residual chlorine online detector can automatically adjust the residual chlorine amount by receiving the 4~20mA current signal from the electromagnetic flowmeter and frequency converter.
