Flange type pipe aerator
The tubular aerator (aeration pipe) adopts energy-saving design in intermittent and continuous aeration process, with low installation cost, high reliability and good performance. Precision drilling is conducive to efficient oxygen transmission and utilization: in order to meet the specification requirements of the aeration system, different drilling modes can be used to adjust the working pressure, such as different slit lengths, distances, and drilling densities.
The drilling length is 200-1200mm, and the standard length is 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm. All membrane materials are installed in round or square tubes. The anti clogging surface is designed based on nanotechnology to prevent solid and biological solidification and crusting.
Diaphragm material:
EPDM rubber: applicable to municipal sewage
Low plasticized EPDM rubber: applicable to industrial wastewater generated from animal slaughtering, food processing and beverage production
Silicone rubber: applicable to waste water from pulp and paper industry, petrochemical industry, refining and processing, etc
PU: applicable to petrochemical industry
The replacement membrane of tubular aerator (aeration tube) uses microporous aeration membrane in the wastewater treatment industry, which has high oxygen utilization efficiency and low energy consumption. The replacement membrane is common to most microporous aeration membrane systems.
