Truss type suction dredger 

Truss type sludge suction machine: it is used for horizontal sedimentation in sewage treatment plants and waterworks to scrape the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the suction port of the pump, suck the sludge at the side of the pump, and then discharge the sludge out of the tank, which can relieve the pain of cleaning the sludge at the bottom of the tank.

Structural principle of truss truck type suction dredger

Truss type mud suction machine is composed of 1 working bridge, 2 driving devices, 3 mud suction system, 4 slag skimming device (option), 5 electric control cabinet, 6 siphon generator (siphon mode), etc. When used in inclined tube sedimentation tank, the bottom suction frame and suction hanger shall also be installed.

1 Transmission device: the shaft mounted reducer is used as the driving force, which is installed on the beams at both ends of the crane. It is a double drive, compact in structure, and convenient for loading and unloading. It is equipped with an overload protection device. When the equipment drive is overloaded, it plays the role of shutdown protection (adjusting the compression spring to adjust the pre pressure).

2 Sludge suction system: four submersible sewage pumps are used as the sludge suction power, installed on the crane platform and connected with the sludge discharge pipeline. When the traveling crane runs along the long direction of the tank, the submersible sewage pump will suck the sediment sludge at the bottom of the tank into the pipeline and arrange it into the sludge tank through the sludge discharge pipeline.

3 Oil skimming device: the sludge suction machine is equipped with oil skimming scraper to scrape the floating oil in the pool to both ends of the pool, and then discharge it by the oil drainage devices at both ends of the pool.

4 Sludge discharge pipeline: connected with the submersible sewage pump to discharge the sludge sucked into the pipeline by the sewage pump.

5 Hanger: It is connected to the crane platform and used to support the suspended sludge suction pipeline and mud scraper.

6 Sludge scraper: It is used to scrape and collect the sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank. Its structure is rhombic, which can effectively realize the function of scraping and collecting sludge. The bottom of the sludge scraper is a certain distance from the bottom of the tank. The purpose is to reduce the resistance of the equipment in operation, make the sludge have better fluidity, and facilitate the suction and discharge of the submersible sewage pump.

The equipment is supported by a four point walking beam across the horizontal sedimentation tank, which is driven on both sides. Rails are laid on both sides of the tank. The equipment runs from one end of the tank to the other end of the tank. It absorbs mud while walking. It hits the travel control, turns back to walk, and returns to absorb mud to complete a work cycle.
