Filter material intercepting cover plate of D-type filter 

The comet type filter material intercepting plate is an intercepting device used together with the comet type filter material to prevent the filter material from flowing into the drainage ditch during backwashing. The intercepting plate is made of PE and its size is 497mm × 330mm, thickness 24mm. During installation, it is connected with the support system of the interception plate through stainless steel bolts. The installation is tight. The blocks are meshed with each other. The gap between the blocks and the pool wall should be sealed and have enough rigidity to ensure that no gap of more than 2mm will be generated during backwashing.

The intercepting plate of the filter tank can prevent the influence of the scum of the secondary sedimentation tank on the filter material, and improve the water production capacity of the filter tank. The gap is 1.5~1.8mm, which can prevent direct sunlight and slow down the growth of algae in the filter material.
