[Performance Description]

The special bactericide for reverse osmosis water system has extremely strong penetration ability to microbial cells, decomposition and destruction of microbial cell tissues, and extremely strong killing and inhibition of bacteria, fungi, algae and other microorganisms in reverse osmosis equipment:

(1) Non oxidizing bactericide, rapid and effective bactericidal effect;

(2) It can peel off the slime formed by bacteria to a certain extent;

(3) Compatible with all membranes;

(4) It is applicable to a wide range of pH values, has good biodegradability, and does not pollute the environment.

[Usage]

(1) During the operation, the inlet water is continuously added by the metering pump with the dosage of 400mg/L; Join once every 2 weeks for 30 minutes. In this way, the production of desalted water is uninterrupted, but the dosage of reagent is large.

(2) Stop the operation of RO system, prepare bactericidal solution by chemical cleaning, and recycle the solution to treat the system. If the system is seriously polluted, the system shall be chemically cleaned on site first, and then sterilized according to the following steps:

1) Add water to the cleaning tank to prepare special reverse osmosis bactericide with a concentration of 400-800mg/L;

2) Adjust the pH of the cleaning solution to be below 7 (citric acid or hydrochloric acid can be used to prolong the service life of the membrane;

3) Cycle for 45 minutes.

[Precautions]

It is irritating to the skin, so chemical protective gloves and goggles should be worn during operation; In case of splashing on eyes or skin, wash it with water immediately.
