[Instructions for Use]

1. Check and clean the water tank, pipeline and security filter, and insert new filter element when necessary.

2. Inject a proper amount of RO permeate into the cleaning box.

3. Slowly add the calculated dosage of reverse osmosis cleaning agent alkaline, circulate and mix the cleaning solution with a clean water pump, and measure the pH; If it is too low, add appropriate amount of NaOH.

4. The cycle cleaning time depends on the degree of pollution, generally 1-10 hours. If the time is long, it can be soaked for a certain time for recycling. During the cleaning process, take samples to observe the cleaning effect, that is, the turbidity, color change of the liquid medicine, and whether there are flocs.

5. If the pollution is serious, it is sometimes necessary to completely drain the batch of cleaning solution to prevent the re deposition of pollutants; Then prepare the cleaning solution again.

6. In the process of circulation, properly increasing the temperature will help the cleaning effect, but it should not exceed the specified temperature. It should be noted that continuous circulation of the feed solution will lead to a gradual increase in temperature.
