Buried integrated sewage treatment equipment is applicable to domestic sewage treatment in residential areas, hotels, guesthouses, sanatoriums, schools, mines, factories, slaughterhouses and similar industrial sewage treatment.
On the basis of summing up the operating experience of domestic sewage treatment plants at home and abroad, combined with scientific and technological achievements and engineering practice, a complete set of buried organic wastewater treatment plants is designed, namely WSZ series sewage treatment plants with carbon steel anti-corrosion as the main raw material. The main purpose is to make domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater reach the discharge standard required by users after being treated by the equipment. The equipment is mainly used for domestic sewage treatment of residential quarters (including villas), high-level hotels, hospitals, slaughterhouses, comprehensive office buildings and various public buildings. The effluent quality treated by the equipment meets the national discharge standards. The whole set of equipment can be buried underground.
It can be buried under the surface, and the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes. It does not require building houses, heating and insulation, and is fully automatic. It does not require personnel management. It is simple to operate and maintain without sludge backflow. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system, which is safe and reliable in operation. The equipment is mainly designed for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is to use a relatively mature biochemical treatment technology - biological contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are calculated according to the design of general domestic sewage quality, with BOD5 averaging 200mg/1, and the effluent BOD5 is designed as 20mg/1. It consists of six parts; (1) Primary sedimentation tank (2) contact oxidation tank (3) secondary sedimentation tank (4) disinfection tank, disinfection device (5) sludge tank (6) fan room, fan.
[Scope of Application]
1. Water treatment capacity: the standard water treatment capacity is 1.0~80.0 (m3/h), and it shall be designed separately when it is greater than 80.0 (m3/h).
2. Raw water concentration: BOD5: standard type ≤ 250mg/L, enhanced type ≤ 400mg/L, if it exceeds 400mg/L, it shall be designed separately.
3. The equipment is mainly applicable to domestic sewage and similar industrial waste water in residential areas, hotels, docks, airports, shopping malls, sanatoriums, schools, factories and mines.
