Precautions for use of tertiary filtration of purified water equipment
Have you noticed these problems when using purified water equipment? The purified water coagulation sedimentation equipment is mainly filtered through four items: precision filter element, activated carbon filter element, reverse osmosis membrane, etc. They all have a relative life span. The precision filter element and the coagulation sedimentation activated carbon filter element are actually the maintenance of the reverse osmosis membrane. If they fail, the load of the reverse osmosis membrane will be increased and the life span will be shortened. If you continue to turn on the machine, the pure water quality will decline. With this, the burden of the reverse osmosis membrane will be increased, and the life span of the reverse osmosis membrane will be shortened. The result is to increase the cost of using purified water equipment.
Therefore, matters needing attention in the application of purified water coagulation sedimentation equipment:
1. The precision filter element is mainly used to filter sediment in water and large particles. The new filter element is white and will turn brown after a long time. The reason is that the sediment filtered by the filter element accumulates on the surface, which indicates that the filter element is now unusable and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
2. The activated carbon filter element is mainly used to remove odor, residual chlorine and other organic substances in water. Generally, the activated carbon is replaced once a year, because the total surface of the activated carbon does not change.
3. Reverse osmosis membrane is a very important component in the coagulation and precipitation equipment of purified water. The life of reverse osmosis membrane is generally 2-3 years.
