    Design requirements for medical ultrapure water coagulation sedimentation equipment:

    1. The structural design shall be simple, reliable and easy to disassemble.

    2. In order to facilitate the disassembly, replacement and cleaning of parts, the actuator is designed with standardized, universal and systematic components.

    3. The inner and outer wall surfaces of the equipment shall be smooth and flat without dead corners and easy to clean

    4. The medical ultrapure water coagulation and sedimentation equipment shall be made of low-carbon stainless steel or other materials that have been verified not to pollute the water quality. The purified water coagulation and sedimentation equipment shall be cleaned regularly and the cleaning effect shall be verified.

    5. The materials in contact with water for injection shall be high-quality low-carbon stainless steel (such as 316L stainless steel) or other materials that are verified not to pollute the water quality. Coagulation sedimentation equipment prepared with water for injection shall be cleaned regularly and the cleaning effect shall be verified.

    6. The storage period of ultrapure water should not exceed 24 hours. The storage tank should be made of stainless steel, corrosion resistant and other materials that do not exude polluting ions. Anti falling fiber filter shall be installed without drain vent, the inner wall of the tank shall be smooth, and the connecting pipe and weld shall be free of dead angle and sand hole. Sensors that will not form stagnant water pollution shall be used to display parameters such as liquid level, temperature and pressure. The oil tank shall be cleaned regularly.
