Central drive suction dredger
The central drive sludge suction machine is suitable for sludge discharge from the sedimentation tank with surrounding water inflow and surrounding water outflow. It can overcome the difficulties of small proportion of activated sludge, high water content and difficult to scrape, that is, while absorbing sludge, part of the sludge can also be directly discharged by scraping the sludge scraper, and the sludge absorption can be adjusted at will.
The central drive suction dredger is mainly composed of a transmission mechanism, a central vertical frame, a suction truss, a suction pipe, a mud scraper and a slag sprinkling mechanism. The sewage enters the distribution tank from the periphery and flows evenly into the sedimentation tank through the distribution hole at the bottom of the tank. Under the action of the surrounding inlet baffle, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center and returns to the surrounding outlet tank from the top. The uneven distribution design of variable cross-section water distribution holes is adopted for the surrounding water distribution tank to ensure the uniformity of surrounding water distribution.
The drive device drives the variable diameter sludge suction pipe fixed on the truss to rotate slowly along the bottom of the pool. The sludge deposited on the bottom of the pool is sucked into the sludge suction pipe by a series of specially designed orifices on the sludge suction pipe under the power of hydrostatic pressure, and then discharged from the sludge discharge bucket. The scum scraper scrapes the scum floating on the water surface to the slag collecting bucket and discharges it out of the pool.
