[Introduction]
Aerators are necessary equipment for aeration and oxygenation of water supply and drainage. They can be divided into surface aerators and underwater aerators according to the use method. The underwater aerators mainly include microporous aerators and jet aerators.
Membrane type microporous aerator
Diaphragm microporous aerator is a relatively new type of aeration device developed in the 1980s. The device has small aeration bubbles, large gas-liquid area, uniform bubble diffusion, no hole blockage, and corrosion resistance. It has been tested by the School of Environmental Engineering of Shanghai Tongji University and the North China Institute of Municipal Engineering for oxygen charging of clean water and sewage, After years of use by more than 50 users, the effect is good (energy consumption of fixed spiral aerator, diffused flow aerator and perforated pipe aerator is 40% lower than that of conventional products, or sewage treatment capacity is increased by 40%). It is especially suitable for urban sewage and large factory construction and expansion and old aeration tank transformation, and the aeration tank can operate intermittently.
[Connection mode and installation of microporous aerator pipeline]
The aeration device consists of an aerator, an air distribution pipe, a three-way pipe, a four-way pipe, an elbow, a regulator, a connector, a cleaning device, etc. The air distribution pipeline is arranged in a normal ring shape. The density of the aerator is arranged according to the air supply volume and pool type. The aerator and the air distribution pipeline are connected by G3/4 threads. The base is internal thread (fixed on the air distribution pipeline). The aerator is external thread. During installation, the regulator is first fixed to the pool bottom with expansion bolts according to the required size, and then the air distribution pipeline is fixed on the regulator with hoop bars. In order to prevent other operations, such as welding sparks and civil engineering, from damaging the aerator by heavy objects such as concrete, the aerator must be installed before draining water after the completion of civil engineering. In order to prevent leakage of pipes and connecting parts, the water depth should be about 10cm higher than that of the aerator for leakage test. If any leakage of pipe connecting parts is found during ventilation, it should be eliminated in time, and then put into formal operation.

Pipe type microporous aerator
Tubular microporous aerator is the first tubular rubber aerator in China. This product is a new tubular rubber aerator developed by our company. The utility model adopts a gas supply main pipe, a pilot air tank and a rubber film opening hole for microporous aeration. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, no clogging of pores, no backward flow of sewage, uniform circumferential force, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and low system price. This product is the first in China and reaches the international level of similar products. It is an economical and reasonable aerator among the current aerators.
Product Structure
With tubular structure, the membrane tension is greatly reduced compared with disk aeration;
